Ken Harris and Associates was founded by Ken Harris a Fayetteville native who saw the need to provide tough and effective representation to a demanding clientele.

Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Ken Harris and Associates is comprised of a dedicated team of attorneys and paralegals. Our focus is accomplishing the legal goals of each individual client.

The law offices of Ken Harris and Associates are located in downtown Charlotte at the newly-renovated Uptown Village – North Carolina Music Factory Development. The Uptown Village has become one of the leading destination points in uptown Charlotte.

Ken Harris has practiced law for over 20 years. Ken established Ken Harris and Associates in 1998, with a goal of providing an aggressive litigation resource to those in need. He received both his undergraduate and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Following his graduation from law school in 1988, Harris worked with a large corporate law firm in Charlotte. Harris handled matters related to immigration issues and injury-related claims, including workers compensation and personal injury matters. Ultimately, Harris transitioned into creating a law firm that focuses on workers compensation, premises liability, social security, personal injury, medical malpractice, traffic and criminal (felony and misdemeanor) issues.
